    SadqaDaig specializes in providing a diverse range of catering services, including event catering for weddings, corporate gatherings, special occasions, and home delivery of freshly prepared dishes.

Details of the services, including menu options and event customization, will be outlined in the catering agreement established between SadqaDaig and the client.

  1. Ordering and Payment:
    Clients can conveniently place orders through our user-friendly website sadqadaig.com, mobile application, or by contacting our customer service team.

We accept payment via various channels, including:

  • Cash on delivery
  • Secure online bank transfers
  • Credit/debit card payments
  • Mobile wallet services
  1. Cancellation Policy:
    Clients can cancel their catering orders by providing notice:
  • At least 36 hours before the scheduled delivery time for regular orders.
  • At least 3 days prior to scheduled events.

Cancellations made after the specified time may result in charges up to the full payment.

  1. Refund/Return Policy:
    SadqaDaig does not offer refunds once an order is confirmed and payment is received.

In exceptional circumstances, such as failure to deliver the agreed services, SadqaDaig may provide alternative solutions or compensation, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

    Clients have the option to customize their menus to fit their preferences and requirements.

Additional costs for menu changes will be communicated, and mutual agreement will be sought before implementation.
